Micro- Circulation


Micro circulation is the circulation of the blood in the smallest blood vessels , present in the vasculature embedded within organ tissues . This contrasts with Macro circulation , which is the circulationm of the blood to and from the organs . Micro circulation is composed of terminalarterioles , capillaries and venules which drain capillary blood. The vessels on the arterial side of the microcirculation are called the arterioles , which are well innervated , are surrounded by smooth muscles cells and are 10-100 um in diameter .

Microcirculation is usually very smooth , but high blood lipids , blood viscosity , erythrocyte aggregation , affect cardiovascular diseases and other factors , mucrocirculation appears as white tiny blood clots , which flows with the blood flow of the body .


Once the blood vessels become thin , distorter and clogged , there will be a corresponding disease ranging from dizziness , insomina, numb lips , palpiattion , chest tightness and etc .

If there is a large area of brain or heart blockage it will cause hemiplegia , language barriers , myocardial infraction etc . Therefore early detection helps to prevent various conditions.
